ปัจจุบันบริษัทได้ผลิตอุปกรณ์เครื่องมือตัดพิเศษ เพื่อตอบสนองความหลากหลาย และตรงกับความต้องการของลูกค้า โดยมีระบบและขั้นตอนการผลิตที่ละเอียด ตั้งแต่ขั้นตอนหลักจนถึงการเคลือบชิ้นงาน นอกจากนั้นยังมีฐานการผลิตและจัดจำหน่ายทั้งในเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ และในทวีปต่างๆทั่วโลก กลุ่ม มิตซูบิชิ แมททีเรียล จะแบ่งออกเป็น 3 โรงงาน ในประเทศญี่ปุ่นได้แก่ โรงงาน สึกุบะ, โรงงาน กิฟุ, โรงงาน อาคาชิ รวมกันสามารถครอบคลุมตั้งแต่กระบวนการผลิตวัตถุดิบจนถึงสินค้าที่พร้อมจัดจำหน่าย เรามีกระบวนการการวิจัยและพัฒนารวมถึงการรีไซเคิล ทั้งหมดนี้เปรียบเสมือนกระดูกสันหลังของบริษัทในเครือ ซึ่งสามารถผลิตสินค้าครอบคลุมมากกว่า 60 ประเทศทั่วโลก
Since commencing operation in 1995 as carbide tool manufactuing plant of Mitsubishi Group, MMC TOOLS (THAILAND) CO.,LTD. Has developed mainly by manufactuing the products such as inserts and solid carbide drills. We are now offering special cutting tools that can meet the various requirements of our customers by implementing integrated production lines from initial processing through to coating, as a base of supply for Southesat Asia and emerging nations. MMC CARBIDE GROUP, with 3 manufacturing facilities in Japan, Tsukuba Plant, Gifu Plant and Akashi Plant, employs integrated manufacturing system covering manufacturing from the raw material to the finished product, research and development and recycling. With this as its back bone the group provides products to over 60 countries world wide. |
