Data Support Supervisor (Power BI specialist)

– Monitoring, managing, collecting, analyzing customer databases for support marketing and CRM campaign.

– Developing and maintaining reports on CRM marketing and sales metrics – Understanding Omni-channel customer behaviors & journey

– Collaborating with other departments to integrate customer database processes into the CRM systems

– Improving customer segmentation processes and recommending enhancements to the CRM system

– Designing and implementing CRM marketing campaigns to improve customer engagement – Resolving any database issues that affect sales system

– Ensuring the security and accuracy of customer data – Experience in a role related to marketing or database technology, including customer databases, email marketing or web analytics

-Advance analytical features in Power BI, Advance Excel function & formulas, R programming, data analysis skill a strong plus

***We will in touch the passed pre screen candidates to COM7 HQ, BANGNA and make some test before interview***

The test would be a multiple choice test including Advanced Excel, Power BI, Power Query for 70 questions
