Check the accuracy of all invoices and supporting documents received from suppliers and record in the accounting system • Check the bank statement movement on a weekly basis and import it into the accounting system • Responsible for preparing the bank reconciliation and resolving outstanding items • Filing documents • Responsible for preparing and closing the accounts of an affiliated company • Any other accounting functions as assigned by the Accounting Manager |
