  If you wish to contact an app developer about:
  • The functionality of an app
  • Getting a refund for an app or in-app purchase, including credits, gems, or coins, for instance
  • Or to send general feedback
  
  You'll need to contact the individual app developer directly. Google Play facilitates app downloads and purchases; whereas the developer is responsible for maintaining their own apps and making sure they function correctly.
  
  To find contact information for an app's developers:
  Go to Google Play and select the app in question.
  On the app's description page, scroll down to the "Developer" section.
  An email address, a phone number or a website will be provided.
  
  Alternatively, you can contact us, and we'll look up and provide the developer's contact information for you.
  
  Reviewing an app
  If you've already contacted the developer, but they never responded or their response was unsatisfactory, we recommend you leave a review of the app on Google Play to reflect your experience with the developer. While we aren't able to force developers to respond to each user that contacts them, we've found that user feedback on reviews is a good way to get developers' attention.
